Spring days

Finally, the warm weather has arrived! My nose got burnt from the sun yesterday. I spent the day in Inuyama with some lovely people, viewing the beautiful cherry blossoms in and around the castle. I love this season! It's by far, the most awesome time of the year in Japan, I think. Love the festival foods too... cream cheese taiyaki had to be my favourite yesterday. Oh, and a surprise treat from a friend - strawberry daifuku, a seasonal dessert (winter and spring).
